The purpose of this paper is to critically analyse a chosen piece of human resources management research report titled The Impact Of Human Resource Management Practices On The Implementation Of Total timber Management An Empirical Study On High-Tech Firms a recent paper presented preliminary this year by Ching-Chow Yang (2006) and published in the TQM Magazine Vol. 18 No. 2, pp. 162-173.Generally, the research paper looks into what relationship exists, if any, between Human Resources practices and the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM).
